Job Description

Head Of Laboratory’s Duty
1. Leading and managing all the the laboratory operations
2. Coordinating and facilitizing all of the activities related to the laboratory facility
3. Utilizing assets and internal human resources to develop the best practice session programs for internal or public bussinesses
4. Crating standard qualifications and standard fee for all activities planned

Head of Laboratory’s Responsibility
1. Responsible for all of the work programs to the Pembantu Dekan I (?)
2. Responsible for all of the acts and activities beyond the authority of laboratory organization

Head of Laboratory’s Right
1. Have the right to take top management decision
2. Have the right to correct the any programs or activities related to the practice session looked inappropriate from the existed rules.
3. have the right to sign all of the laboratory organization’s documents applied to internal environment or in the term of organization’s collaboration with the third party

Laboratory Assistant’s Duty
1. Planning, coordinationg, monitoring, and evaluating the supervision of practice session activities
2. Coordinating with the related study program to hold the practice sessions for the college students in accordance with the study program’s competence
3. Helping the senior staff in untilizing assets or internal human resources to developĀ  the practice session programs the internal or external benefits
4. Helping the Head of Laboratory in creating the standard qualifications and standard fee for any activities planned.
5. Reporting any activities, laboratory facilities to the senior staff

Laboratory Assistant’s Responsibility
1. Responsible for all of the laboratory utilizations
2. Responsible for any acts and events beyond the authority of laboratory organizations

Laboratory Assistant’s Authority
1. Have the right to give recommendations and suggestions to the senior staff
